I’m Sharlie — founder, CEO and Creative Director of Dusty Productions.

I’ve spent over 20 years working in entertainment, and I’ve been lucky enough to experience pretty much every side of the industry — from performing myself, to producing shows, managing artists, creating entertainment and working directly with clients and venues.

I started Dusty Productions because I wanted to create entertainment that I genuinely believed in, while building the kind of relationships and reputation that actually matter in this industry. Since then, Dusty has grown into a busy entertainment company working across the UK and internationally, supplying performers and productions to holiday parks, hotels, cruise lines, private events and some pretty amazing large-scale events.

I’ve written and developed shows for cruise companies, created bespoke entertainment for major events and taken our own productions on tour both nationally and overseas. But honestly, one of my favourite parts of the job is the people. I love finding great talent, seeing what makes someone special and figuring out where they can fit and flourish.

That’s where Dusty Talent comes in.

After years of working with performers and clients from both sides of the industry, moving into talent representation felt like a really natural next step. I want Dusty Talent to be the kind of agency where artists feel genuinely supported, clients know they’re in safe hands, and the right people get connected for the right opportunities.

I’m creative, I’m hands-on, and I care a lot about doing things properly — but I also believe this industry should be enjoyable. Good people, great talent and strong relationships are at the heart of everything I do.
